Breaking Dawn

I have to admit that when I noticed that we were going to be in San Digo the night that Breaking Dawn was going to be released I was sad. I wanted to be here, having fun at Barnes and Noble with everybody else. I knew that I would have to wait until our journey home to pick up a copy of the book.

But I was wrong! We ended up spending our last night in California at the Omni Hotel in Downtown San Diego. Just a few blocks from a Boarders. I called the bookstore to ask them if they would be open late to allow the sale of this new book. Much to my surprise they said "yes"!

So, just around midnight Eve, Hayden and I headed down to Boarders to get our copy. I was sooo excited. I was certain that it would be busy. I was very wrong. The store had about 20 or so girls around 14-15 years old. I felt like an idiot. Eve was certain that there were older ladies there, but I think they were just the mom's of the little girls wanting the book. Anyway, we dashed back to our hotel with our new books, so excited to start reading.

I finished it about 3 days after I started. It was hard to read much on the drive home.

I'm going to admit it- I am a little disappointed. There were parts that I loved, but some parts I was so bothered with. I felt like it left a lot of questions unanswered and ended a little weak.

I am sorry if I offended the one person who reads my blog (Evie). What did you think of it?
